Will Blacklock is the senior programmer and designer for Vistaloca Studios. He has developed web pages for more than 9 years using a wide range of technologies including PHP, ASP.net, HTML, CSS, Flex, Flash and Javascript.
Mr. Blacklock’s experience includes both front-end and database development. He has built web sites for community organizations, entertainment companies, local businesses and store fronts.
His most recent work was for a web-based email company, which required multi-browser support and extensive CSS and Javascript work to implement the look and feel of modern desktop email clients.
He has designed a database for school report cards, which tracked the grades of more than 500 students during their enrollment.
